I applaud ther effort but it's not going to accomplish much because won't most people still hang up once they realize who it is?-lol
I had to laugh at this pathetic attempt to get me on the phone this morning.

I won't even answer my phone when it reads "Private Name Private Number" on my caller ID.;)
Like you said, I don't know what they think they're accomplishing. Do they think people will be intrigued and answer anyway??

Private number, unknown caller or an 800 number, you can bet your bottom dollar its a collection agency. They call me but I never answer. I have to admire their tenassity (or however you spell it), because I aint got the money.

That's why I tell people i Know like my cousin to UNBLOCK her number when she calls me because I think in 2010 I will no longer accept private calls

Whoo Hoo, I finally got Caller ID but the unfortunate thing is the Drs/Hospitals use Private Caller so I still have to answer the phone anyway

The thing is, you have to pick up eventually because they can be a pain in the ass by calling every day..

Well, I guess it's nice to see I'm not the only one getting calls from a collection agency!! It has been just recent for me, they're calling me about 6 times a day!! Can't give you what I don't have. I'm seeing about getting my home phone disconnected, and just use my cell. The only people who do call me at home are people selling stuff and collections. Maybe if I get my phone disconnected, collections will see that I didn't have money for that, either!!

That's why I don't even answer the phone unless I recognize the name/number. Even then, I don't always answer.

Exactly! They call me 4 or 5 times a day and it's like, don't you think if I had the money I would've sent in the bill already? Give me a ****in break! I'm not one of those people getting bailed out by the government.

If they can't even have a human being on the line when they call and tell YOU to hold, then they're not worth my time!!

A few times I have answered the phone when I got an 800 number or an unknown call. Some of them werent even humans speaking but a recording. Talk about annoying
