Byron Leftwich has been demoted to 3rd string QB and Josh Johnson will get the start next week against the Redskins.

I thought the OC before the season started didn't want Leftwich and wanted either Freeman or Johnson as QB and that's why he was fired.

Well I applaud the move, when you are 0-3 you have to do something as a coach. Sounds like Leftwich might be out of the league now that he has fallen to 3rd string.
