Anybody ever watch this. I love this one. Three years of air time just wasn't enough for this series! Man!
I love how the animaters tried to make it as real as possible. In case you don't remember maybe this will help:

1000 years ago, superstition and the sword ruled; it was a time of darkness, it was a world of fear, it was the age of gargoyles! Stone by day! Worriers by night!
We were betrayed by the people we had sworn to protect...frozen in stone by a magic spell for a thousand years!
Now, here in Manhatan, the spell is broken! And we live AGAIN! We are defenders of the night! We are Gargoyles!

I loved that show (I say loved cause I haven't seen it in 3 years)

I remember that show. I seen EVery episode that ever aired EXCEPT the first 2 parts on the Avalon 3 parter.....

How much of that show did they base on Shakespeare?

About 80 or 90 percent of the show was based on Shakespeare. The rest was based on mythology.

Do you get Toon Disney? If you do Gargoyles is on prime time every day.

I have every episode on tape except the the controversial one and "the Mirror".

I to loved it. I seen all the show's when they aired. Haven't since then. I lost my cartoon network.

It was a great show.
