Yeardley Smith in a recurring role?

Somewhere I read that Yeardley Smith(the voice of Lisa Simpson) had a recurring role on The New Gidget. If so, can somebody tell me about it?

I checked out Yeardley Smith's entry on IMDB, and it didn't say anything about "Gidget". I wonder if she's being confused with Lili Hayden, who played Gail? She's another actress with a unique voice.

No, it doesn't. It also doesn't say she had a bit part in "Jingle All the Way," and I know for a fact that she did. I just wish I could remember where I saw that info about her on TNG.

I've got almost all of the episodes on tape and don't remember ever seeing Yeardley Smith in any of them.
