Happy Birthday to the COOLEST President EVER!!!!:birthday: patriot: :yourock: party: :bouncers

BTW, I think that cake looks AWESOME! Whomever wrote that article was crazy, saying that the cake was hideous. After all, he is the President, so he deserves an elaborate cake! I'm sure it was similar to cakes that other Presidents have had, although I don't remember ever seeing any other Presidential cake before!

U.S. President George W. Bush holds up a birthday cake given to him during a lunch with U.S. soldiers and their families at Fort Bragg in North Carolina July 4, 2006. Bush will celebrate his 60th birthday on July 6.

Also, here's a link (http://www.worldtribune.com/worldtribune/WTARC/2005/ss_ford_08_30.html) to an article showing a cake that W and Laura had for Gerald Ford on the occasion of his 93rd birthday in 2006.

I was actually at the White House for a tour on the morning of Bush's 61st birthday in 2007. We were in D.C. at the time because my dad had passed away and he was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

I wasn't comparing the cakes. Schmoopie simply mentioned that she hadn't seen any President's birthday cake (other than Obama's). So I did a search and found a couple of other pictures...that's all.
