There's no "apathetic" emoticon, so I'll just use the sad face. The show is stupid, but every show on the WB centers around T&A, so I can't exactly say I tuned into this show expecting to see landmark television. Nikki is about as good looking as they come, so I'll continue to tune in, but I'd rather see her on the Norm Show.

Forget Nikki: the real reason to watch this show is Nick von Esmarch. A breath of fresh air in old tv world, if you ask me. which ya didn't. But so you know. I hear he's gonna be in a (tv) movie with Jon Voigt. I really love this guy. He's hysterical. I hope to see much more of him. ANd I don't mean a postcard.

I agree with the first post. I loved Unhappily Ever After so that is why I began watching this show. I can't emphasize how disappointing this show has been. It made me appreciate the people who wrote the scripts on Unhappily Ever After. I have not seen all that many sitcoms but this one seems to have a unique storyline with Dwight being a wrestler and Nikki being a dancer at a casino. I like Nikki's supervisor and Dwight's supervisor. From the shows I've seen they both get the most laughs but they're not on stage too much. Maybe they can be utilized more next season. When Nikki and Dwight are together I don't remember one time I thought their dialog was funny. The first few shows I made sure I wouldn't miss. Even though I didn't like the show I still watched because I thought it had potential to get better. After 3 or 4 shows I started to miss an episode every so often. The last one I saw was when Nikki's father came to meet Dwight. After 10 minutes I couldn't stand it and turned it off. I haven't seen a show since. I admired Nikki's character on Unhappily Ever After and hopefully her new show will become just as good.

Last I heard she was engaged to Bobcat Goldthwait!(Mr. Floppy) You heard me right! Unfortunately, I'm not making that up. One question. WHY? It just doesn't make sense to me. By the way, I agree-she is hot! But unfortunately--not single!

I'm in agreement with highanddry and Bill S. If you mentioned to someone that there was a sitcom with the two main characters being a Las Vegas dancer and a pro wrestler you would probably expect a unique and funny show. And if you said one of the characters was Nikki from "Unhappily Ever After" it would sound like an instant hit. Can't miss. However, this show was unbelieveably disappointing. A major bomb. From the shows I've seen(I don't watch it anymore) I can't remember one funny moment or situation. There was one show about an old wrestler who had wrestled so long he had a lot of health problems. It was painful to watch because it was so boring.

I agree and i think another example of that would be that godawfull Jenny McCarthy show a few years back both of them the one on MTV and NBC you would think a show with her yeah its gonna be hot but she should have just stuck with the game show hostess thing.

From the shows I've seen I think this show is/was(not sure if it was cancelled) a major flop. Where is/was the comedy. It's listed as a comedy but perhaps it could be changed to a drama about two people attemping to break into pro wrestling and dancing. It could show how difficult it is and how long the odds are that a person will be successful. If it is supposed to be a comedy then I hope the writers will start to create some funny lines and situations for the two main characters.

I unfortunately saw this show last week. There was a businessman who was dating Dwight's mother and he left corporate life to find greater hapiness doing what he likes to do. Nikki encouraged him to follow his dream. In this case it was mountain climbing. Not one laugh the entire show. A total waste of time.

With sexy Nikki Cox around nothing is a waste of time! And the show has been renewed for a second season (Thank God, I want Nikki to get even more famous).
I like Nikki, I think it is a funny show. I dont see why it is so bad. Its one of the WB's more NBC like comedy shows.

Nikki Cox engaged to Bobcat is totally nightmarish. It is like Heather Locklear married to Gary Coleman

I agreed Nikki Cox is hot like in the episode where she had to the weather in one of her outfits then she gets mad and show up in a sexxy blue spandex out in front of the blue screen. She looks good in spandex I got to say that again.
Nikki does seem to be kinda dry right now. Its looks like it could be a really good show, it just need to be beefed up. A more better supporting cast. And more dawyne and his mom.
