Fight The Future Vs I Want To Believe

Which of the two X-Files films do you perfer, 1998's Fight the Future or 2008's I Want To Believe? Personally, I loved both films, but I would have to pick Fight the Future because it was a larger scale movie. I really like that about it.

I feel the same. Two different films trying to accomplish two different things, really. One was a grand, epic "mythology" tale, the other a small, intimate character piece. I guess if I had to pick, I'd pick "Fight" but I appreciate both.

I'll go for FTF althought I agree with the pervious posters comment that both films were trying to accomplish different things.

I liked I Want To Believe better. I loved that it was a character piece. The main story probably should have been a little stronger though, but I just got more enjoyment out of it than Fight the Future.
