I only have the original classic and to me the only real Chipmunks series the 1960's "The Alvin Show" which needs to be released on DVD! Was never into the 80's chipmunks and I'm afraid the sequel to the movie will move towards the 80's chipmunks which includes chipettes.....yuck....but good luck in your search...I think what you are looking for is easier to find than the 60's series, which hasn't been seen nationally in nearly 20 years!

I would like to get all of the 80's episodes of Alvin And The Chipmunks. Does anybody know if they're available on dvd? I didn't know there was a 60's cartoon of Alvin And The Chipmunks.
