Heather Locklear returns to Melrose

Heather Locklear is apparently a "lock" to return as the resident vixen on The CW's new "Melrose Place", according to the EW columnist. Considering Locklear's recent bout of unemployment (she hasn't really had a steady gig since "Spin City") I'm not all surprised either.

From what I saw on the news, she backed out because the producers failed to meet her negotiation of a 100,00 dollars per episode.
