How long can this series go on? I watched the first three seasons and really enjoyed them. Then, due to schedules and whatnot I missed a few seasons. When I returned, things had really changed and it wasn't as appealing to me as when things were somewhat innocent and carefree( at least as innocent and carefree as a show based on a comic character can be) as they were back in the early seasons of Smallville. But how much longer can it go on being that it is based on the pre-Superman years. He'll be drawing Social Security before he puts on the blue & red suit. :lol:

WHile I do think the show jumped the shark a while ago, I'm still glad they're coming back for another season. It wasn't that long ago that the show was going to wrap things up. I guess the folks who took over when the original producers left got the cast pumped up for some more seasons.
Either that, or they gave Tom Welling a huge raise.
