I just got back from getting this done and and I must say it was... interesting.
They basically take glass jars and ignite something inside so that it is filled with hot air. This is applied to your back, rear end... wherever you want it to go.
This is supposed to work as some form of stress reliever.
I didn't feel that bad; it did feel hot and it stung a little bit being pulled away from my skin.
I now have these big red circles on my back that can last for a couple of weeks to a month.
Have any of you ever done this before? Or heard about it?
