Uncredited Child Actor in "Peace Pipe"

Who was the kid in "Peace Pipe" who gets his finger caught in the gumball machine? I'm sure I've seen him on TV somewhere else. Emergency! had a tendency to not credit actors, particularly child ones. Also in "Saddled" Moosie Drier appears as one of the two kids who wants to donate blood to their friend but he's uncredited while the other kid is credited!

I saw the episode, I don't know who the kid is either. I thought perhaps it's the same kid who had problems with a gumball machine in an episode of The Bill Cosby Show, but he doesn't look like the same kid.
