19 year old Abraham Biggs overdosed on prescription medicine on a live webcam feed on a website. Viewers were amused, disgusted, edged him on, tried to talk him out of it.... all the while he lay dying on his father's bed.
The video feed continued to role for hours until police came into the house and viewers saw them trying to revive the body. The actual footage of the suicide has been constantly uploaded and deleted from YouTube because there is a morbid fascination and high demand for the footage when things like this happen.
A pop culture college professor commented ""If it's not recorded or documented then it doesn't even seem worthwhile," she said. "For today's generation it might seem, `What's the point of doing it if everyone isn't going to see it?"'
My god.. this is crazy.
