In the first season, her mom is played by Mariette Hartley; remember she goes home to dedicate the park and her brother steals the show, yet again.

IIRC, at the end of the series, her mom is played by a shorter, dumpier woman.

The first thing that I would like to say is that I am very happy to see that this page finaly has a post by someone other than me! Next I will state that I do not think that this show ever jumped the shark. I liked it from start to finish! As far as the two women who played Caroline's mother, I would have to see the episode again to reaquaint myself with that situation. God willing, they will eventually come out on DVD and I will be able to do so!

For a good chunk of the day, I have been going to different pages of this site trying to stimulate some conversation about some of these fine shows! I have had virtually not success! A couple of night ago, I started a new thread on this page and called it "Anthony". As of now, it has eleven views and zero responses. Because that did not generate any replies, I decided to bring two old threads up to the top of this page. Maybe I will have better luck with thread number three!
