Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, technically a second-year show but one still anxiously awaiting a back-nine order, has been given the go-ahead for two more scripts — this in the wake of increasing ratings in its fifth week.

More scripts? Good news.

Only two more scripts? Not so good news.

I guess if there is a bright side to this, the ratings are starting to see some increases.

True. Hopefully the ratings will continue to climb. The show has been good this year.

Wow, 2 scripts? They're putting their effort into this show

Then next week, they'll order 1 more script, then 1 more the next week . . .

Hey, after those cancellation rumors (which TerminatorFiles have announced as false, since Fox has not made a decision yet as to whether or not give the show the back nine), I'm grateful for any kind of step in the right direction. The ratings picked up, probably due in large part to especially heavy promotion (with the Never Back Down From A Challenge ads airing MANY times a day on Fox for a couple weeks now--- people wanted to see what the buzz was about, and finally tuned in). Last week's episode was one of my favorite episodes of the series yet--- even better than the high-quality "Allison From Palmdale" the previous week. Now, Fox's ordering of new scripts is hopeful, but still doesn't guarantee the continuation of the series once "lucky number thirteen" is up. The next episode, coming up next Monday, looks like another contender: insight into Weaver's daughter, more of Derek's past future (or is it future past?), some girl-on-girl machine action, and I'm guessing Sarah will be kicking some more ass as well. TUNE IN!!!!
