It appears Me-TV has removed Patty Duke from their schedule, those 3:30 AM airings on Mondays sure didn't last long. They may put the show back on the schedule at a future time or they may not, I am just glad I taped the entire uncut series the first time around. TV station schedules are always shaky and they can remove shows at any time. At this point, the only episode I still really need is Patty And The Newspaper Game from season two. There are a couple episodes I had wanted to upgrade, but I decided not to worry about it, the ones I have now will be fine.

I'm sorry to hear that Lee! Well at least you have 99% of the series uncut.

it may Return to The Scheduled unless the contract expire.

It's too bad but I figured they would remove Patty from the schedule sooner or later. The strange thing about it is the timing, the fall schedule was just announced with Patty on once a week, but now the show is already off the schedule. Perhaps they will put the show back on at a future time and hopefully I can get that one episode I still need. All things considered, taping the episodes turned out very well. I'm glad to have the whole series, especially the 3rd season as those are my favorites and these episodes are rarer as they aren't always seen in syndication.

Heck, to me, the whole series is rare!

Are you still willing to do those deals later on?

ME-TV changed most of their schedule when school started up again, but if you look at this, they just moved Patty Duke from MOnday to Sunday at 3:30 am:

No, Patty Duke is currently off the schedule. The episodes were scheduled to air on Mondays at 3:30 AM, not Sundays. Don't be deceived by the schedule, Sunday night becomes Monday morning at 12 AM. Patty Duke has been replaced with episodes of Wild America. Go figure that.

Whoops, I forgot about Sunday becoming Monday. But I enjoy the show too, and I wonder if it's in some other time slot, since their schedule on their site is messed up. I think that I saw an ep here or there, NOT at that time, in months past. Tough to watch / record both channels all day / night ! Hope you get your missing episode !

Would like to help you out, but I want to get an uncut version of The Newspaper Game episode first. Another problem is, I just don't have a lot of spare time available to make DVD's. I work 6 days a week at my regular day job. This is a series with over 100 episodes, it's very time consuming just making one set of DVD's. It's a 26 disc set, the discs all have four episodes except one disc which has five episodes. 105 episodes total including the pilot.

Yep, for five months during the spring and summer I stayed up all Saturday night and Sunday morning to tape Patty Duke at 12:30 AM and 4 AM. But as these are uncut episodes, it was well worth the effort it took to stay awake. Another thing that motivated me was they were airing the 3rd season episodes during this time, which are my favorites and those episodes completed the series. Thank goodness Sunday is my one day off and I did not have to get up early for work, otherwise no way could I stay up that late. Right now, I guess the holy grail for me is an uncut version of episode 57 The Newspaper Game. Hopefully Me-TV will air it one of these days.

Lee--I'm not pressuring you or anything like that. I just want you to know if ever in the future, you are up to doing it, let me know. PLEASE don't feel like you are obligated. :(

No problem my friend. I just prefer to be honest, my work schedule is brutal these days, I spend more time there than I do at home! If anything changes I'll gladly let you know, at some point I should be able to devote proper time to the DVD's.

I just came up with an idea- Since my spare time is so limited, I'm going to look into getting one of those high speed DVD duplicators so I can copy DVD's quickly and save a lot of time. I have to check things out and get some information, but I think this might be the way to go.

Well unless Patty Duke is back on the schedule.

There is an episode scheduled for Sunday Oct. 5th at 7 AM on Me-TOO. It now appears at least for the time being that Patty will air once a week, Sundays at 7AM on Me-TOO. I'm waiting for them to air the episode Patty And The Newspaper Game. At this point that's the only episode I still really need.

Yep, and Patty Duke is still on Me-TOO on Sundays at 7 AM. Is THIS-TV available on Chicago comcast digital cable? I don't see it listed anywhere.

Chicago, IL WCIU-TV 26.4 Weigel Broadcasting

I went to TV Guide's website and there is a channel 606 [WCIUD], but it doesn't have Patty Duke listed.

Yep, but I need to know the channel number. 26.4 is not a valid number, the cable TV channels don't have decimals in the numbers. At this time it seems THIS-TV is not available on digital cable TV in my area.

Alright, just found some information and if the info is correct THIS-TV will be available on Comcast cable channel 246 in Chicago starting November 18th.
