Jennie Garth: 'New 90210 Is Too Racy For My Kids'

Actress Jennie Garth won't be letting her young children watch her new Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off - because the new show is far racier than the original. When Garth first played rich kid Kelly Taylor on 90210, the show was family viewing, but she fears the new-look series is far too raunchy for pre-teens.

She says, "My kids are by no means ready to watch this 90210."

And co-star Lori Loughlin admits she's often left red faced by her racy scenes with onscreen husband Rob Estes.

She explains, "I blush all day long."

I think it'd be more fun for her kids to watch the original anyway! Then they can tell everyone how cool their mom was for being in a hit TV show!
I know I've said this hundreds of times, but I STILL don't get why they are doing a carbon-copy remake of a perfectly good show:confused: . I can understand doing another show similar, but at least give it a different zip code!:rotflmao:
