Sarah Gilbert Returning to 'Big Bang'

Sarah Gilbert is paying a return visit to "The Big Bang Theory."

Chuck Lorre, co-creator of the CBS comedy, said Ms. Gilbert "will be in a bunch of episodes" during the show's upcoming season. He made the announcement at a Comic-Con panel to promote his Warner Bros. TV-produced series.

Last season, Ms. Gilbert played a potential romantic foil for Leonard (Johnny Galecki). The appearance marked a reunion for the two actors, who played husband and wife on ABC's "Roseanne." Mr. Lorre spent several years writing for that show.

I've never seen this show, but I like Sarah Gilbert from "Rosanne", as well as Kalie Couco, so I hope this is on DVD!

That's a great idea! I doubt I'll buy it, but I can at least get started on taping Season 2 and rent Season 1!

Now that I think about it, CBS must love Roseanne! They have Johnny and Sarah on BBT. Laurie has guest starred and Sarah Chalke will stay as a recurring character on How I Met Your Mother for the first half of season 4 and possibly onwards! Now if they could only get John Goodman to make a guest role on Two and a Half Men and Roseanne on Rules of Engagement.

Also, here's another connection. Sarah Chalke who is currently a recurring role on HIMYM with Neil Patrick Harris were both in Roseanne. Neil guest starred on the episode where Roseanne gets a breast reduction in season 4!
