Didn't this happen to you a few weeks ago? I think you made a thread abt calling them and having this happened.

I believe it was on Tuesday, while watching ABC World News, they aired a segment abt some website. If you post a complaint on there abt a company you are having issues with, that company would immediately contact you to help resolve your issue. This woman had posted a complaint abt her cable service (Comcast) being bad and it was temporarily out of service for whatever reason. Next thing she knew, she received a call from one of the higher ups at Comcast who did whatever and made her one happy camper. I remember checking out ABC World News website and they had that company website info on there.

They also were using outdated delapidated dinosaur equipment for digital technology!

For 1-1/2 to 2 years, I kept getting tiles on the screen after a heavy rain. Come to find out that they were using old rusted out 400-mh splitters that were used for A-side / B-side cable boxes that have been there on the outside of the building for years & years, when they should have been using 1,000-mh splitters for the digital cable boxes!

I had to call City Hall a few times because they were awfully blasted slow in getting the problem resolved! The end result was they credited me for having gone through 1-1/2 months of pure torture and the old splitters were eventually replaced with new ones.

Yeah, they are awfully slow about service, but they're quick to send you a shutoff notice if you're even so much as a month late paying the bill!!

They are quick to send you anything that has to do with them getting your money.

But far as you needing information about something, no one knows the answer

Here is more information on that website. It is called TWITTER. I am not sure how it works but here is an article that mentions COMCAST in it:

I dumped Dish Network since they demanded me to give them back their stuff even though we paid them. Late, but we did pay!

i've had all the different cable services you can name: digital cable/satellite etc. but realized a long tome ago they're just a waste of money. i hardly watch regular tv anymore, i much prefer tv shows/movies on dvd anyway and only watch tv for the news or a true crime documentary. besides my favorite channels are all on basic cable. when i did have 500+ channels to choose from i never watched any. maybe on the first day out of curiosity but never again.
