One of my favorite shows. I especially like Dean Winchester. He is somewhat
reminiscent of Fox Mulder (The X-Files), having the same sort of flippant
attitude (only moreso). Nothing--not even the prospect of death--seems to
faze him.

I had forgotten about Moonlight. That was a good show, too. I had
read somewhere that, although it only lasted one abbreviated season, it is
supposed to be released on DVD. But I don't know when.

I just finished reading Supernatural the Official Companion Season 3.
It is packed with some great behind-the-scenes info and cool pictures (both
black-&-white and color). For those who haven't yet checked out the show
(what are you waiting for?), these notes on the back cover sum it up nicely:

That said, I will personally add that Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is one
of the coolest characters to ever appear in episodic television. And Jared
Palecki (as his more somber, younger brother Sam) provides an interesting
contrast to his more reckless sibling.
