You're talking about the episode "Running" where Cindy and Sue Ann butt heads over some track competition Mr. Bradley got them into. Cindy and Sue Ann got so angry, they got into a physical fight over it and started going at it and one of them accidentally hit Blair. I think if I had to guess between Cindy or Sue Ann, I'd blame it on Sue Ann. It's been so long since I've seen the episode, but I think of the two, Sue Ann was the angrier girl.
