I keep catching this show in bits and pieces, and not in chronological order. Regarding Steve and Regina's relationship, I see them as only friends, then flirting, Regina in a bridal gown and Steve telling her he loves her and trying to stop the wedding. I'm confused.

Can someone please give me a quick rundown on their relationship? Do they end up getting married?

Yes in the last season they ended up getting married and moved to LA . Regina is one older woman I would take out on a date-lol

They started dating i think around season 3 or 4, like two seasons before the last season.
