435 Unedited Episodes

I spoke personally with Gunnar and Matthew Nelson in mid December, 2007 on the Liberty of the Seas cruise ship, on which they were performing some of Ricky's songs as well as their own. They told me that all 435 episodes still exist in unedited form, and they planned to eventually release all of the unedited episodes. The shows are owned and controlled by David and Ricky's children. They did say that releasing the episodes is not profitable and is considered a "loss leader". Hopefully, the Best of David and Ricky to be released soon will be in their original unedited form.

They also told me that Connie Harper has a very successful career selling real estate.

Well if that is true, very interesting. But I don't how see keeping shows in a vault and NOT releasing them is "profitable".

In addition to what Jude said, they need to release them sooner than later because the "older" people that remember this show won't be around if they wait too long. These are the first people that will be buying them.

WOW thanks for sharing this Abbyrd. I'm hoping to see them perform sometime over the summer. Sorry to here releasing the eps might be a $ for them, really hope this gets worked around.
