Howie Mandel Fox Sitcom

Back in the 90's FOX gave Howie Mandel his own series about being a wacky funeral parlor owner. I seem to remember that the show became really weird when they got notification that they where going to be canceled, and they just went nuts with the final 3 episodes. Does anybody know what this show was called?
