Quincy, M.E. TV star Jack Klugman has married for the second time, at the age of 85.

The star - most famous for his role as a Los Angeles medical examiner in the long running series - exchanged nuptials with his partner of 20 years, Peggy Crosby, at the Little Brown Church in Studio City, California on Saturday.

Crosby is the ex-wife of Bing Crosby's son Philip. Klugman's first wife Brett Somers died last year. They married in 1953 and separated in 1974, but never divorced.

They never divorced?? So he couldn't marry again until Brett died last year? Yet he was with someone else for 20 years? Wonder what that was all about...

is his new wife that flat-butt model they always showed in the opening credits of quincy?

Interesting. I'm still baffled at why they never divorced though.

That is strange, wonder how his sons feel about everything.

Like when Tony Randall got married at an old age before he passed away. Well, hope Jack and Peggy will be happy together too.

Good for you, Jack Klugman. At least I'll like this marriage better then Tony Randall's and I ain't gonna bash on it much. The bride's probably in her 60s. Because of this, Jack Klugman ain't much of a queer as Randall has.

This makes at least 3 times you've griped about Tony Randall's marriage and the man has been dead 4 years now. I don't agree with marriages with that much age difference either but it was Tony's right to be happy regardless of her age and from all accounts they were happy. Tony Randall's only obligation to anyone outside of his personal life was to entertain and he did exactly that. His private life was nobody's business.

Great, now you just went and made me dislike you. You and I have no respect for queers and I am acting like Archie Bunker. You damn right it's nobody's business, but I do not care whose business it was. I just told you I didn't care how happy they were and I don't want to hear any more about this. Tony randall looked like a grandfather or a great-grandfather to his children rather than just a biological father. Saying that it was his right to be a #@990+, man, God'll get you for that. I have the power to end this and I will end this dispute now. I promised you I wasn't gonna bash on Klugman's marriage.

Whether you like me or not is up to you, I really don't care myself.

You and I have no respect for queers.

You're the one that has no respect and what does this have to do with Tony Randall?

You damn right it's nobody's business, but I do not care whose business it was. I just told you I didn't care how happy they were and I don't want to hear any more about this.

If you don't want to hear anymore about it then quit bringing it up. As long as you continue to bash Tony Randall I can assure you that someone here will come to his defense.

Tony randall looked like a grandfather or a great-grandfather to his children rather than just a biological father

So what, Anthony Quinn fathered 2 children after the age of 80. Age is irrelevant, As long as he was able to care for and provide for his child then who cares? If you really want to bash someone then start with these unfit fathers who abuse & neglect their children. Tony may have been up in years but nobody can accuse him of being a bad parent.

Saying that it was his right to be a #@990+, man, God'll get you for that.

I simply defended someone and God's gonna get me for that? He may indeed get me one day but not for defending Tony Randall. Keep in mind that God is also your witness and I don't think he likes what he sees.

I have the power to end this and I will end this dispute now. I promised you I wasn't gonna bash on Klugman's marriage.

That's fine by me if you want to end it now and yes you didn't bash Klugman's marriage but you used this thread to bash Tony's and I'm sure that Brian didn't create it for that purpose.

TOUCHE MY MAN!!!!!!

Who the hell is anyone to say who can or can't be a father in their older years? I would rather see more older men be fathers than see these loonies who father children at the age of 20 and don't know the first thing abt fatherhood or how to be a parent. My father was 45 years old when I was born. My son's father was 46 when our son was born.

If you don't like people for what they do in their private lives, maybe you can express that without exuding so much obvious hatred.

To be honest, I think Jack Klugman living with his wife for years BEFORE HE DIVORCED HIS FIRST WIFE is terrible. He and Brett Somers NEVER DIVORCED. I guess it is ok that Jack committed adultery all these years and waited til Brett died before making his live in lover his wife. I guess Jack is the better man in that sense compared to Tony Randall.

 Build a bridge and get over it. You don't like May/December romances; we get it already.
