Yes Dear Opening Theme Scenes

In the beginning of Yes Dear (when they play the opening theme music), has anyone ever noticed there is always a scene with somebody else in it for a quick few seconds? It's a different scene in each beginning and I'm wondering who these people actually are. Were they ever in the show or is it just an in-joke and they're probably the producers, writers, etc.? Be on the lookout for this - it's in the opening theme scenes, right after the clip where Jimmy drops his ice cream cone sitting in the hot tub. I just noticed this recently in the TBS reruns and it got me curious!
