America Ferrera took home best actress honors as the title character on "Ugly Betty."
Teen heartthrob Zach Efron won best actor as teen idol Troy Bolton in "High School Musical 2."
The awards are given by the Family Friendly Programming Forum to recognize outstanding family programming.
