There were many good ones (and some that weren't so good). But my favorite was THE INCREDIBLE HULK starring Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno.
(For our purposes here, let's limit our discussion to only live-action shows.)

The nominees include (in alphabetical order):

ADVENTURES OF SUPERBOY (1988)
ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN (1953)
THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1977)
BATMAN (1966)
BIRDS OF PREY (2002)
THE FLASH (1990)
THE GREEN HORNET (1966)
THE INCREDIBLE HULK (1978)
LOIS & CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN (1993)
SHAZAM! (1974)
SHEENA (1955)
SHEENA (2000)
SMALLVILLE (2001)
THE TICK (2001)
WITCHBLADE (2000)
WONDER WOMAN (1975)

My favorite Lois & Clark (Noel Neill & George Reeves) in my favorite show, "Superman" (1953-1957)...

Excellent choice. One of my all-time favorites. I saw it during its original run
(before I knew there were Superman comic books!). :)

Actually, The Adventures of Superman (1953) was mentioned several
times here (including in my original post). One of the all-time best.

Mine would have to go to Tales From The Crypt (1989-1996) based off of the EC Comics "Tales From The Crypt", "The Vault of Horror", and "The Haunt of Fear" from the 50s.

I also liked The Crow: Stairway To Heaven (1998); based off of James O'Barr's comic series and the 1994 film The Crow.
