With all the celebrities heading to jail lately, it looks like former "Lost" actress Michelle Rodriguez will have one of the longest periods behind bars.

The 29-year-old actress was sentenced Wednesday, Oct. 10 to six months in jail for violating probation in a DUI case, report news sources.

"[She] admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device," says the L.A. City Attorney's office in a statement.

And unlike Paris Hilton or her BFF Nicole Richie, Rodriguez won't get out early. Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell ruled that despite jail overcrowding, the actress would complete her full sentence in addition to 30 days roadside clean-up duty for CalTrans.

The City Attorney's office had alleged that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she completed one day of service on Sept. 25, but she later stated that she was in New York on that date. Her previous attorney chalked this inconsistency up to a "clerical error," insisting she had completed the full 30 days already.

Rodriguez was on probation for a number of driving infractions including a DUI, driving with a suspended license and a hit-and-run. The actress must report to Los Angeles County jail by Dec. 24.

Rodriguez's breakthrough role was as the lead boxer in 2000's "Girlfight." She's also appeared in "The Fast and the Furious," "Resident Evil," "Blue Crush," "S.W.A.T." and "BloodRayne." On the small screen, she played the antagonistic Ana-Lucia Cortez, who was eventually killed off on ABC's "Lost."
