I seen the Andy Griffith episode -ANDY ON TRIAL- where Andy has a hearing regarding supposed official misconduct after a reporter investigates him. The reporter is played by Ruta Lee.
Ruta Lee appeared TWICE on Three's Company. I always remember her appearance with Mr. Furley in THE MATCH BREAKERS, an episode that brought them together again since they both appeared in that Andy Griffith episode I mentioned above. Seeing those two in that AG episode last night reminded me of the TC episode. However, I totally forgot abt her appearance in this earlier episode:
Mr. Roper has a surprise in store for his wedding anniversary -- he plans to move himself and Mrs. Roper out of the apartment house and into a ritzy town house in Cheviot Hills. Mr. Roper then arranges a secret meeting with an attractive real estate agent Mrs. Dawson (Ruta Lee). Mrs. Roper and the roommates are convinced that Roper is having an affair.
