Quite often I have seen older looking actors matched up with younger looking actresses as their TV wife. Here are the one's I think have a significant age difference:
Henry Rush (Ted Knight) and Muriel Rush (Nancy Dussault) - Too Close for Comfort
Rob Petrie (Dick Van Dyke) and Laura Petrie (Mary Tyler Moore) - The Dick Van Dyke Show
Willie Tanner (Max Wright) and Kate Tanner (Anne Schedeen) - ALF
Tom Bradford (Dick Van Pattern) and Sandra Sue "Abby" Abbott (Betty Buckley) - Eight Is Enough

You forgot a biggie - Ted and Georgette Baxter (MTM). Ted Knight was something like 25 years older than Georgia Engel. WOW!

There was an eleven year age difference between Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore when they did the series. There was somewhat a concern because of the age difference at first because Dick was in his 30's when the show was on and Mary was in her early to mid 20's. The age difference was noticeable but they looked as though they can be married in real life.

That was very obvious. That was why Vivian Vance was unhappy with the choice of husband on the show for her. Unfortunately, it lead to them not liking each other in real life.
William was 64 in real life when ILL began and Vivian was 42 at the time. Do the math on that one. Another case in point they were compatible in spite of the tremendous age difference.
