MY fanfic idea - please give me your input. Thanx

Here's my idea for a fanfic - what do you think?

Setting - Present Day
Characters - Seasons 2-9
Plot - The girls are adults, have families, etc. They all meet each other once a week. Something one day happens and Jo and Blair get into a big fight over something(haven't decided what, but something BIG), and decide not to talk to each other, but still talk to the others. A couple years later, word gets around that Jo is desperately ill and will die if she doesn't get a matching _______. (something - not sure. Organ? Blood? Bone marrow - something that you need a specific match for)But she is too proud to ask for help, especially any of the girls. (Nat, Totie, Mrs. G, Bev Ann, Andy, Pippa, etc are not compatable) It ends up that Blair (surprise surprise) is the only perfect match they can find, the only person who can save Jo's life.......

*I'm debating whether or not to write this, as I have never written a fanfic before, and do not consider myself to be an extraordinarily talented writer, as some of you have shown to be. *I am not copting off of Blair and Jo rocks fanfic idea!!! I just read that post and waslike WOAH!! That was pure coincidence!! I just wanted to clear this up, (I am not plagarizing)before any future conflict aroused! FYI, she said that someone should write a fanfic where Jo was in troublea and Blair had to help her out, which is close to the idea I had. Thanx!!
