I've been watching my That Girl dvd's and they reminded me why I fell in love with the show. Ann and Don are the perfect couple, they're believeable and the show is funny. Can't wait for the next season.

My favorite episode so far is the one with Ethel Merman, Marlo seemed like she had a genuine admiration for Miss Merman.

There are so many great ones, but I like the one where Ann gets the bowling ball stuck on her foot!

It's a good show, but the annoying thing is Marlo Thomas voice is raspy and often cracks when she speaks her lines. Because of this, I can only tolerate watching a couple episodes at a time. To me, her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Watch an episode and try to count how many times her voice cracks during the episode.

This is one show that I never cared for but it's been several years since I've seen it so I'm willing to give it another try. Oddly enough, This was the first episode I remember seeing and it was hilarious. Even stranger is the first episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show I recall seeing was "Never Bathe On Saturday" which was the one were Laura got her toe stuck in the bathtub faucet. Why these 2 episodes stand out is beyond me and I've never had a foot-fetish.

Well I remember seeing That Girl when it first came out & it didn't do a thing for me & I thought Don was real drippy. But I was only 12 then. Now watching it as an adult I just love the show & Donald. Give it another go & see if you still feel the same way.
