Do not get me wrong folks -- I am a very avid I Love Lucy fan, but of course, all good things have some bad measure to it, so here I list my four leaset favorite episodes (in order of great to mild dislike):

When Lucy pretends to be a "maha-rinrcess" from "Franistan." Give me a break -- that one is just too stupid, and not funny. They play it as if nobody questions a never-heard-of country, much less the grossly ridiculous titile of Maharincess. Oh, and that god-awful silly accent she and Ethel spoke in --Very insulting to the audience and the rest of the actors. God, I detest that one.

When Fred, Ethel and Lucy dress up as teeny-boppers to show that his young fans are all gushing over Ricky. I mean, they were in their late 30's to 60 years old. GAAAH!

When Mrs. Trumbull complains about Little Ricky's crying. That decrepit old witch always sickened me.

The one when Little Ricky pounds those same five beats on his drums and they kept it up for almost the entire episode. This one is actually pretty cute, yet every time I see it I hear in my head those same beats for days afterward!

There is only one. The Scotland episode where Lucy dreams she is visiting there and Fred and Ethel are a two-headed dragon. HORRIBLE.

The Young Fans
New Neighbors
Handcuffs
Oil Wells
The Diner
Country Club Dance

And basically the eps where Lucy and the gang are in France and Italy(except the grape stomping one)

Those eps to me are just blah!

Some episodes are a little slow-paced, but let's face it, there can't be high energy and barrels of laughs in every one.

The only one I will never watch again is the Scotland one (unless it is to pick it apart). ohno:

The only ones I really can't stand are the Scotland one and "Drafted." Fred thinking Ethel is pregnant is too much for me.

I didn't care much for the Scotland episode either.

There was one called the Operetta, where Lucy writes a play for her ladies club. I think she was treasurer of the ladies club and there wasn't any money in the account, so she had to come up with a plan to get the money back. I just didn't care too much for that episode.

These are the few I don't like (and even Lucy's worst episodes are better than many shows' "middle of the pack" episodes)

Lucy Goes to Scotland
Drafted
The Benefit
The Adagio
The Indian Show

Drafted-just hate it it dosen't even seem like an ILL episode
Young Fans-the kids were annoying -especially Peggy
The Inferority Complex-Lucy was just too dumb and the episode lacked energy and the doctor was a creep
The Publicity Agent-just a very lame episode
The Courtroom-No one but Fred was funny in that episode and the judge annoyed the heck out of me

Oh God, you bring up a good point. He was soooo rude to Lucy when she was only trying to be "perfect". All of a sudden that changed when he saw Little Ricky playing the drums. Excuse me, Lucy is in your family, you should respect her and accept her NO MATTER WHAT!

Scotland
Bob Hope
Orson Welles
Nursery School

And I can't think of this particular one that involves maybe a girl in Ricky's act or an ex-lady friend of his or something? It's where Lucy goes into a daydream about her and Little Ricky being homeless on the sidewalk. Lord, that thing drags. There's no dialogue for the longest time, just this completely boring dream sequence. What were they thinking with that one?

Oh, and the Superman one. I really don't know why, but I can't stand that one.

That was the episode about Carlotta Romero... a dancer Ricky used to work with, but he forgot about her (I don't know how he forgot about THAT one!) ... it started out with Lucy giving Ricky a marriage quiz, and the question came up as to whether Ricky and Lucy had told each other about all of their past Romances. Lucy names a long list of ex-boyfriends, so Ricky comes up with Carlotta's name (he thinks he made up the name, and he's just doing it to get back at Lucy for naming so many ex boyfriends).

It turns out of course, that Carlotta is real, and she's coming to New York to perform... the paper prints an old picture of her, and she of course is very beautiful in the picture... Lucy starts to worry

Later, in her dream, Lucy imagines Ricky leaving her for Carlotta, and Lucy and Little Ricky end up being homeless and on the street... Ricky and Carlotta are big stars, and every time they pass Lucy and Little Ricky on the street, they drop a coin into their tin cup. The Carlotta in Lucy's dream is the beautiful young woman pictured in the newspaper.

Of course, as it turns out, the pic that appeared in the paper is an old pic, and Carlotta looks quite different when she shows up at the Ricardo's apartment.

I don't have the ILL DVDs, so I don't know the name of this episode... it might be "The Quiz" or "The Marriage Quiz" or something like that.
