Comedian Tracy Morgan is wanted by police for questioning after a Florida radio DJ filed a criminal complaint accusing the actor of touching her inappropriately while on the air.
Mega 94.9 host Sandy Domingo claims 30 Rock star Morgan walked into her booth at the Clear Channel building in Miami yesterday and started kissing the back of her head while rubbing her arms and shoulders.
Morgan was a guest on neighboring radio station Big 105.9's Paul and Young Ron show.
Police want to talk to Morgan to hear his side of the story, before deciding whether to charge him with misdemeanor battery or not.
Last month, a Los Angeles judge ordered Morgan to wear an ankle bracelet detecting alcohol consumption and to complete five days of community service.
