Yeah he finally spoke yesterday to WIP and to the Phill cable station about how SHOCKED he was that the eagles drafted a QB. It made no sense to anyone because

Mcnabb is the best QB in Eagles History and is only 30



Now if he was 36 then YES.

Agreed Solomon, I am still scratching my head over this story. I think more is being made of it, but there is also something that we are not being told.

Found out this morning the eagles organization were not happy about Mcnabb's interviews with WIP and Comcastsportsnet

The move does make sense to me. McNabb is injury prone.

Let me break this down for everyone. The draft was made so the Eagles could have a SOLID BACK UP because they probably don't feel good about Holcomb and Feeley so They took Kolb so they can see if they have the right man to BACK up Mcnabb. He wasn't drafting so he can eventually be the STARTING QB-lol Come on

But Kolb won't be able to help them this year. They have too many other needs to spend their pick on a QB that won't do anything for them this year. Go out and sign a vet QB for backup and use the pick on some other needs.


actually the eagles don't have alot of glaring needs. Strong Saftey is my biggest concern, i am not thrilled with the lb's but getting spikes is a huge +
