Should JD/Elliot end up together?

I thought this was kind of a no-brainer, but when I checked out the comments on tvguide.com I was surprised by a lot of people not wanting the two to get back together.

I don't want JD to screw up another one of Elliot's relationships, but in the end I would like the two to end up together.

We got teased so many times and then Bill Lawrence squashed it using the old Sam and Diane analogy. What are you're thoughts?

I'm not so sure about that..

That was probably one of the biggest plot twists they've ever done on the show.

I'm sure they will revisit that storyline before the show ends next season.

I want Elliot to be happy. I don't think she will be with Keith. She can be completely herself around JD (and vice versa); she can't with Keith. Maybe they'll both realize, Hey, maybe I keep crapping out in relationships because s/he and I were meant to be together!

i like your way of thinking, but considering this upcoming season will probably be the final season for the show, they might want to end things with JD and Elliot being together once and for all; but since there was so much left hanging during the season finale, things probably won't end well for them.

Keith and Elliot are a nice pair, the show has done a nice job with them and I think they should stay together. I think they're trying to hard to pair up JD with someone. Instead of bringing in a famous name, maybe they should try someone who is not known, and let a relationship evolve slowly instead of so rapidly as they've done in the past. Just like Andy and Helen found each other, so could JD and ???.

Just my opinion.
