New Time on WGN

I was wondering when did WGN move Home Improvement to WGN

WGN moved the times because Even Stevens and Lizzie Mcguire did not turn on the ratings that WGN had hoped in the afternoon plus Moesha now just airs once a day on WGN!

I wish that WGN would have put Home Improvement on at 3:00 pm and
3:30 pm on WGN
