Not including celebrities or online people....

The funniest and wittiest person that I know is my husband. His sense of humor is what initially attracted me to him. He has that Bob Newhart, bit of Seinfeld humor. Not so much LOL, but laid back and hilarious.

Years ago, a former boss of mine had me LMAO all the time. We tended bar together, and he cracked me up with his biting humor so much that it was hard to compose myself at times. There was another bartender and a waiter at that same restaurant who had me howling with laughter. We had some great times.

My friend Lisa is a cross between Joan Rivers and Roseanne. If she's drinking, it's almost impossible to keep up with her jokes.

My husband is always doing funny things that crack me up like the time he sprayed his hair with fly spray instead of hair spray. And the time he put a plastic tupperware bowl in the oven to heat it up and it melted. He just has a way of doing normal things that can go kind of haywire.

My friend Gary cracks me up with his Ted Baxter imitation (which is perfect)! My brother-in-law and nephew are two peas in a pod; extremely goofy. Also, my Salt Sister, Irene is a stitch. So is TJL.

To be honest with you, I really don't laugh a whole lot. The only people that make me laugh on a regular basis is my brother, and my neighbor Preston, so I guess it would be one of them.

Probably my roommate. We have been friends for about 20 years, and thenkfully we both have the same sense of humor. He always manages to crack me up.

I am also fortunate to have so amny funny friends from the Gaf. Whenever we members of the "Gaf Elite" get together, it's guaranteed to bring a lot of laughs.

My Dad because him and I share the same sense of humor and when he gets going on something he can be very hilarious. The person that comes in a very close 2nd would be my brother he's just like my dad when it comes to humor. I guess the saying's right like father like son

This guy, Steve, who's a speech therapist for our school district. He's does acting in community theater, and one of the buddies I 'hang out' with. He's originally from southern California and a die-hard Dodgers fan (he gets a lot of teasing from his friends here in northern California who are largeley Giants fans.)

Well, this guy always has funny jokes and stories, and is a quick wit and will come up with a funny rejoinder, or come-back, for anything. Anyone with him just dies laughing. I don't even know if he realizes how funny he is. We used to go out to an English-style pub after work on Fridays with some friends. Steve would have us just laughing in no time, telling us the latest joke and whatnot. Plus, he can speak in different accents, which just adds to the effect of his stories. He's a lot of fun to be with.

Surprisingly it's my brother, I had no idea he had such a great sense of humor. He gets me and his wife to laughing, then says "I'm not funny" and we crack up even more cause of the way he says it

I dunno...not my friends. I'm the funniest out of them because they're all stiff asses. My English teacher is funny as hell, though, and so is my mom's boyfriend. Lots of family, too, that can make me laugh.

There was this girl Bridget who used to work with me who seriously had me in stitches every time we worked together. I  her! I wish we could still see each other on a regular basis :(

My close friends Tiffany and Rose are hysterical as well :)

Yay for non-celebrity threads! :D

I am going to have to say that two friends, who are also an engaged couple, make just crack me up! When they're telling a funny story, they can put on serious faces yet be funny at the same time. Same for another co-worker Sri Lankan friend. When he's not so serious, he can be one hilarious guy!

Those who make me laugh most in real life... I would say the car guys at the weekly car show I go to. They are in their 40s and 50s.
They really tease each other and one of them is an actual used-car salesman.
He is teased about that. Here is an example:

(Relating to those old "Cal Worthington" car commercials, in which he did wacky things to sell cars)

Car guy- "Al, would you eat a bug to sell a car?"
Salesman (Al)- "I would do anything to sell a car."

Car guy- "Go see Al, go see Al, go see Al." (A play on the sales pitch "Go see Cal.")

More examples:

Car guy #1- "What car did you drive over here?"
Car guy #2- (Points to his '71 Pontiac LeMans, red with black top & interior)
Car guy #1- "Oh, so you didn't want to drive a good car tonight?"

Car guy #2- (About a movie he saw): "It was very inspirational."
Car guy #1- "Your only inspiration is to own a decent car!"

Car guy #2, commenting on car guy #1's recently painted car: "It looks like it was painted with a broom!"

Then there was a young new waitress. The guys were of course looking at her and making comments to each other. A long-time waitress overhears them and says:
"Come on, guys. She's only 18."
Car guy- "Perfect!"

Rick, an ex-boyfriend of mine. We had the same crazy, warped sense of humour. I don't know how many times we'd end up with our cheeks sore and tears running down our faces we laughed so much.

My father was also hilarious (God rest his soul). I miss his wit so much. :(
