He had an affair with Judy Trent (Jane Elliot), who was the wife of his AA sponsor. (:eek:) This was in the early years; I think Sid Fairgate may still have been alive at this point.

Her name was Cathy Geary. She ended up married to Val's brother Joshua Rush played by Alec Baldwin who abused her. I don't remember if Gary had an affair with her... It's been so long since I saw those episodes.I think they were mainly just friends. Gary also had an affair with Greg's niece Kate after Val supposedly died during the last season.
