Was I the only one who always looked at the Martin Lawrence character and his friend as a YOUNGER version of Dwayne and Rerun with no RAJ?-lol

I always looked at Daryll (Martin's friend) as a carbon copy of Reun. I guess since Fred Berry left, they tried to fill that void.

I always thought of them as a younger version of Raj and Rerun. I think the writers tried to get back to the original concept of WH by bringing them on. By that time, the ratings were already in the toilet. I remember my affiliated moved the show to overnight on Saturdays.
