TV Critic Blames FOX for the cancelation of OC

I was watching TV Guide Channel this weekend and this guy said that it was back when FOX put OC on thursdays back in season 2 because it couldn't keep up with the competition.Plus people started making shows similar like Laguna Beach.He also said that it could've been like Beverly Hills 90210 which lasted a decade on FOX.So it's not just the them killing off Marissa that made the show go down hill

I think it was all of those things combined that lead to the downfall of The OC.

Wel fortunatly we have DVD sets to make us feel better. sometimes I think people should have the jerks that run these networks fired and forced to work at McDonnels for the crap they pull.

I just wish I would've watched it sooner but Smackdown! was on at the time before season 3

I think it is mainly because of weak plotlines. If the storylines were as good as season 1 people would have kept watching.
