Harvey did Gazoo, yes, and also did the voice of the bird in Mr. Slate's office who was the intercom in the live action film. Harvey was mad that the sequel in Viva Rock Vegas wouldn't allow him to do Gazoo's voice. They should've!
They did let him have a role as Colonel Slaghoople. But really! Dopes!

The voice of dino was the same person who did pebbles, FYI

The voice of Pebbles was Jean Vander Pyl who also voiced Wilma
Mel Blanc voiced Dino along with all the other animals on the show

I agree. Didn't sound right that they didn't allow him to voice Gazoo in that 2nd Flintstones movie. Don't know why. So sad that he just passed away this week. God rest his soul.
