I watched a programme years ago and can't remember the name of it, please help me.
It was about a woman who lived in a house and then hired a male housekeeper. One of them had a son and one had a daughter (I think the son was called Tom) The only actress I know that was in it is Honor Blackman (who I think was the woman's mother).
That was NOT a britcom you are thinking of.You are thinking of the 1984-92 Tony Danza/Judith Light show "Who's The Boss?" the son's name was Jonathon and the daughter was Samantha the woman's mother was Mona and she was played by Katerine Helmond. What you were thinking of diffentley wasn't a Britcom. You know what? WTB? was very funny show it airs weekdays on FoxFamily at 6:30 eastern and at 12 and 12:30 eastern late at night.

Yup - Rangers is right. 'Who's the Boss' was in fact an American copy of 'The Upper Hand'. Us Brits got there first! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif
