TV LAND started doing that a couple months ago. For some reason, they've decided to run more commercials from 9 pm to 5 am .

I hear a lot of channels do this on purpose to keep you tuned in. They figure if the shows end at a weird time that when you change to another channel and another show is in progress, you will just go back to the channel you were watching to see a show from the beginning. It's very annoying.

I don't know all of them off the top of my head, but I have never seen anyone run over as LONG as TVLand does. Some channels will go over by 2-7 minutes sometimes, even FOX and NBC, etc., but TVLand is sometimes 15 or more minutes off! Most channels actually say a show will end at, for instance, "1:02" or whatever when I click my "guide" button, but TVland usually doesn't let you know that.
