Help identifying a show from early 90's i think..

Theres a girl, 16-ish in age and her father is a witch or something and she talks to him in a crystal ball or something, i can't really remember. if anyone can help, that'd be great. I think you mean Out Of This World. Only the girl was half alien and she spoke with her alien father on some sort of crystal ball like thing.

Yep that definately sounds like Out Of this World. That was a syndicated show from the 80's. I can't remember who played the girl but her mom was played be Donna Pescow, from the TV show Angie, and the movie Saturday Night Fever.
