I have some from Happy Days. Here they are:

1. Happy Days
2. Laverne and Shirley
3. Mork and Mindy
4. Joanie Loves Chachi
5. Fonz and the Happy Days gang (Cartoon)
6. Blanskey's beauty's
7. Love American Style

And I think I heard the Spin City was a Sping off of HAppy Days but I'm not sure on that one.

Hope this helps!

Love American Style wasn't a spin-off of Happy Days (and despite what people tell you, Happy Days was NOT a spin-off of Love American Style either). This is what it says on pages 91-92 in Garry Marshall's book ("Wake me When it's Funny"):

I took my concept for a nostalgic sitcom in the 1950's and joined forces with Tom Miller and Eddie Milkis, two ambitious, young, talented television executives who had a great thing in common - they both liked my work. The original title of our show was "Cool," but early test audiences thought it was a series about Eskimos who might've smoked. So Tom renamed the show "Happy Days," and we set it in Milwaukee where he had grown up. (Jerry Belson said that if he had stuck around, he would have called the show "Not So Happy Days." He was most comfortable in the 1960s and was still mourning the passing of the decade.)

We chose to set the show in Milwaukee because we figured that if we ever had to go on location, we could stay at Tom's parents' house. (Not only would they give us food, but his father also owned a dry cleaners, so we were assured clean clothing.) We shot the pilot - about the first family in a neighborhood to get a television set - and called the episode "New Family in Town." It starred Ron Howard. We sent it off to ABC and waited for the verdict.

When ABC called back, they told us nobody cared about the 1950s. Although Eisner was disappointed, he said the network wanted to go in another direction and thanks but no thanks. Paramount ended up pawning the pilot off to "Love, American Style" to make some of its money back. Renamed "Love and the Happy Day," the show appeared in February 1972

Then the pilot was placed high on a shelf somewhere at ABC where I thought it would remain to gather dust with my other unsold pilots. Many of these I wrote with Jerry Belson, including such classics as "Crazy Castle," a satire on a royal family living during the Crusades (there was a guy with a long beard who was hanging from the shackles in a dungeon. He looked like he'd been there for fifty years, and he was softly singing to himself, "I did it my way"); "The Murdocks and the McClays," about two feuding hillbilly families; "Uncle Lefty," about a left-handed gangster and his young niece; and "The Recruiters," a military sitcom about new recruits that Jerry and I were stupid enough to write and try to sell during the height of the Vietnam War. We were writing about men happily going into military service while the world outside was burning draft cards. We learned a great lesson: When you're creating work for the mainstream, look out the god-damned window.

However, "Happy Days" wasn't destined to remain on that shelf for long. Around the same time, director George Lucas had started production on "American Graffiti." Fred Roos, and old friend from Korea, was casting the film and asked to see "Happy Days." He said George wanted to see Ron Howard play a character from the fifties. George took one look at Ron's performance as Richie Cunningham, with his honest fifties face and freckled I-still-look-like-Opie innoncence, and cast him in "Graffiti." When the film was released in 1973, it became a big hit and ushered in a nostalgic era in film and television. Then one day an executive at ABC said, "Don't we have something gathering dust on our shelf that takes place in the 1950s?" Michael Eisner said, "Yes we do." Nostalgia was suddenly hot and my pilot was given a second life.

So you see, Love, American Style wasn't a spin-off of Happy Days, or vice-versa. And when people say Happy Days is spun-off from the movie American Graffiti, they're wrong. They were all three seperate things that were just connected in some way. But, in fact, if it weren't for American Graffiti, Happy Days never would've been given a second chance.

LoL! No, I don't have a spare copy, just mine (which I ain't givin' up). As for memorabilia, I have plenty of it already. I've got photos, the L&S board game, a tv guide from 1976, one from '78, one from '79, and one from '82, all with people from L&S on the covers and articles about them, one of the columbia house videos, a keychain with the same picture as the one on the cover of their album, except it just says "Laverne & Shirley" instead of "Laverne & Shirley Sing" plus three script copies (two unshot and one I'll be getting anyday now of the episode that N@N won't air) and that's about it.... I'll shut up now. (I seem to be saying that a lot lately....)

Unshot episodes of L&S? And which episode is the one they won't show on N@N? Oh, LS, you've opened a whole new can of worms for me! Where do you get the scripts from? I want to start collecting stuff like that!

The episode N@N never shows is "I Do, I Do." It's about Laverne & Shirley eating brownies laced with marijuana. I don't think N@N even has the rights to it. Anyway, I got all my stuff from eBay. You just type in "Laverne Shirley" There's usually about 50 items up, sometimes more, sometimes less...

Let's See:
1. Facts of Life was a spin off of Different
Strokes
2. Good Times was a Spin off of Maude, which was a spinoff of All in The Family.
3. Just the Ten of Us was a spinoff of Growing Pains.
4. The Ropers and Three's a Crowd were spin offs of Three's Company.
5.Family Matters was a spinoff of Perfect Strangers.
Others were previously mentioned by other users. I guess that all I can remember right now. I'll get back to you.

A lot of spin-offs have been covered, so I'll ad some of my own;

"Top of the Heap" was a spin-off of "Married...with Children. I'm pretty sure they had a couple of attempted spin-offs too.
"Club Mario," was a spin-off of "The Super Mario Brother's Super Show"(Do kid's shows belong in here too?)
"ALF" had two cartoon spin-offs, "ALF," and "ALFtales," both of which shared the same theme song which IMO was one of the best theme songs in animation history.
"The Dukes of Hazzard," had "The Dukes"(another cartoon).
"Punky Brewster," had "It's Punky Brewster"(and another cartoon). The episode where Punky magically became a grown-up had only one redeeming quality,..she actually looked attractive as a grown-up cartoon character.

I had a few others, but I forgot what they were.

You can find a list of TV Shows and their spinoffs from "The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows" book--available at your local bookstore for around 25.00. Hope that helped.

Don't forget Bionic Woman was spun off from Six Million Dollar Man. They wouldn't call it Six Million Dollar Woman because it implied she was an expensive lady of the evening. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

...spin-off in the history of TV was "Family Matters" which was a spin off of "Perfect Strangers"---Harriet Winslow was the security guard at the department store where the boys worked, and most people don't know that Steve Urkel wasn't even a regular character in the pilot or the first several episodes. They wrote a show about the "neighbor from hell" who got a crush on the Winslow daughter, cast an unknown kid who'd done a few commercials named Jaleel White, and about halfway through rehearsal realized they could NOT let him go--the chemistry, especially with Reggie VelJohnson, was so perfect that the show went on to NINE YEARS of success. Talk about a spin-off that worked! BTW, while not directly a plot spin-off, the production/writing team responsible for Family Matters also did "Built To Last" which, alas, didn't.
