Yeah Ann Jillian played the ghost of a sex symbol, and she was haunting her house, and the only one who could see her was this young boy who lived there. It was a pretty good show.

YES,IF NBC WOULD HAVE STUCK WITH IT LIKE IT DID WITH CHEERS IT WOULD'VE BEEN AS POPULAR AS BEWITCHED.IT WAS A FUNNY SHOW WITH A GREAT CAST.IT COULD'VE BEEN THE BEWITCHED OF THE 80'S.

YES!!!! You know a show has made an impact when they only make 13 of them and you remember it. It aired on Friday nights when I was 10 and while all my buddies watched the dukes I watched that show and still have them all on tape....Ann jillian rocks!

The theme song was something like....
I just saw the most beautiful ghost in the world, and she lived here........
Jennifer what you doin' to me, going in and out of my life......
And the stars never did shine as brightly since she left here, but Jennifer slept here, lived here, laughed here, but she never really left here.........

A pretty good show. I taped the pilot. I don't think Ann Jillian has done anything lately, but she is a good actress.

I watched it every week when I was in the 8th grade. I was surprised they took it off. I didn't think the show was bad, but I was only 13 at the time.

I remember this show. Ann Jillian was really hot. Not much to the show, just eighties trash with a hot actress.

FYI, the pilot is on YouTube right now. I know people will scoff at those of us who liked this program, but hey we were '80s kids, so long as the show was funny or exciting to us, and maybe had a character with cool powers or a car, and we were happy, darn it! And oh yeah, for us boys, if there was a hot woman, which Ann definitely was/is.
It wasn't The Mary Tyler Moore Show (thought of the name cause actually, Georgia Engel was the mother on JSH!), but still inspires lots of pleasant memories for me. Shout! Factory or any cult-a-phile company needs to be contacted about a DVD release, stat.

I do remember this show from when I was a kid and remember I liked it. But, the only image I can remember is seeing Jennifer in a long, flowing dress disappearing. So much for my memory - LOL. But, I do seem to remember something about it being canceled because Ann Jillian was diagnosed with cancer. Okay, I was like 10 or 11 and could be mixing up memories. But, I do remember the newsbit about Jillian having cancer back then.

I have all 13 episodes produced in different degrees of quality, one of my favorites from the 80's, yes Ann looked beautiful, lots of fancy dresses, the premise she was an actress from the 1930's died in a car accident and remained in her mansion as a ghost. Glenn Scarpelli from One Day at a time was a semi-regular cast member.

I remember some fuss being made over the ghost of a very lovely movie star being there in front of an impressionable young teen boy!
