The pilot episode STUNK but I did find the episode about Phyllis first day on the new job to be watchable.

I liked the pilot,thought it was very funny,Chloris Leachman firing on all cylinders and the character was still as outrageous and selfish as on TMTMS.
Shame the character got watered later but in season 2 the treatment of Phyllis towards new son in law Mark was similar to the way she treated Rhoda on TMTMS.
