By a political pollster? I haven't, and I don't think I know anyone who has been. I wish I would get a call, but I never do. I'm thinking that it's because I live in such a blue state, they don't bother much...?

Gallup, Rassmusen....?

For those who have, what's it like?

Iv'e never been politically polled either, but like you, Iv'e always wanted to be. Now that I'm on the National Do Not Call List, I doubt it'll ever happen.

I was polled via telephone by Quinnipiac University, I think in 2002. That was a first for me.

I think the same group actually did call again in 2004, but I was not home at the time, I only saw their number on my caller ID log.

I had heard of this polling group referenced a number of times prior to being contacted by them.

It was strange actually talking to a pollster... seems like they come out with polls by the dozens every single week, supposedly covering 1,000 people or so... I never ran the numbers, so I'm not sure what the "odds" were of getting a call, but I did get that call once when I was actually home to receive it.
